SHIPPING
At That Lifestyle Co., we strive to ensure that your purchases get to you as quickly as possible. We offer the following shipping options:

UK
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Delivers within 1-2 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Delivers within 2-3 working days
DHL Parcel – Delivers within 1-2 working days

International
Royal Mail Tracked – Delivers within 3-5 days
DHL by road to Europe – Delivers 3-5 days
DHL to USA – Delivers 1-2 days

Any customs duties or additional charges accrued during the order process are the responsibility of the customer, and you will need to pay these amounts in addition to the price at checkout.

Our free shipping for orders over £100 offer does not apply to wine products or orders with a total package weight exceeding 2kg. 

Order Dispatch Timing
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1300hrs (UK time) on the same day, however we are unable to guarantee dispatch times. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of the items, and the destination.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will only accept returns for change of mind where the product is returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@that-lifestyle.co to initiate a return. Please include your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund, if the items fit the criteria for returns. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase within a reasonable time of us receiving your items. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value, which may be up to the full price of the item.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will send you a replacement or offer a full refund where we reasonably deem the item to be faulty. We may require you to send the products back to us to verify any damaged or faulty items.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
