Our tea supplier is Reto Raselli, a trailblazer in the field of herb cultivation.

How long should I brew the tea for?
For the perfect flavour, we recommend brew time of 5-7 minutes.

Are the tea bags biodegradable?
Yes! Our pyramid tea bags are made from PLA (polylactic acid), a bio-based material derived from cornstarch or sugarcane. They are industrially compostable under ideal temperature and humidity conditions. However, home composting is not recommended, as it may take 1-2 years for the material to fully break down in a garden compost setting.

The majority of our packaging is also recyclable or reusable, including our elegant tea tins, designed for both sustainability and style.
